This is a month to month agreement only. Monthly payment is due in advance on the first business day of the month. It is considered late on the 5th business day after which your account can be assessed a $25 late fee.
Parking procedures are: no vehicle can be left unattended for more than seven days without prior written approval. There is no storage of vehicles. All vehicles must have a valid license plate and be in good working order. (This includes flat tire(s), broken windows and vehicles that have clearly been wrecked. All parkers shall respect and obey all signage including: speed signs, reserved signs, signage painted on stall floor, small vehicle only, large vehicle only signs. Failure to follow parking procedures can result in violation ticket, loss of parking privileges and/or said vehicle may be towed and the vehicle’s owner will have to pay storage and removal fees.
Mid-Con Management, LLC shall not be responsible or liable for the loss or damage to vehicles or articles of personal property left in vehicles in the premises, and each vehicle is parked at owner’s and/or operator risk.
Mid-Con Management, LLC must be notified in writing and in advance of cancellation. The permit(s) are the property of Mid-Con Management, LLC and must be returned to cancel your Monthly Parker Agreement. Your signature on this agreement/contract acknowledges that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this contract. There are no outside conditions, warranties, verbal agreements or understandings.
I understand that Mid-Con Management prorates by the half month only.
Mid-Con Management, LLC, MC Realty Group, LLC and the property owner(s) shall not be responsible or liable for the loss or damage to vehicles or articles of personal property left in vehicles in the premises, and each vehicle is parked at owner’s and/or operator risk.
